On The Bay is the perfect Dunsborough beach house for families or couples. With a long, white sandy beach just a few steps away, it's so easy to stroll out for a swim, enjoy sunset drinks on the sand, or to take the little ones for a play in the calm blue waters of the bay.
The home's north-facing alfresco area overlooks its leafy fenced garden, and the lovely bushland reserve across the street is a haven for native birds and visiting wildlife. If you can picture yourself enjoying the sounds of the waves lapping at the shore plus beautiful birdsong and the occasional sighting of a quenda, then this is the place for you.
You will also love the luxe king bedroom suite that opens onto the timber deck. It has a private ensuite bathroom with a double shower and walk-in wardrobe.
The remaining three bedrooms all have air-conditioning.
Across from the house is a coastal pathway that leads into the centre of Dunsborough and beyond: great for walking or bike riding as the route is flat and shaded by trees for most of the way.
A dog is welcome here. Pet stay terms apply.

Note: The yard is fully fenced for your little ones and/or dog and you can decide whether to park your car inside or outside the double gates.

PRICING:
Enter your dates and the number of people in your group to view an online quote and availability. Credit card payments attract a 1.7% + A$0.30 fee for domestic cards and a 3.5% + A$0.30 fee for international cards. Alternatively, direct bank transfers are welcome. A 50% rental deposit is payable to secure the booking with the balance payable three weeks before arrival.

This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than three cars are allowed at this property. No more than eight people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home). A dog is allowed but must not be left unattended at the house for any reason.

Policies

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the rent total is due no later than 3 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 21 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 1 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of AU$500.00. The damage deposit is payable 21 days prior to arrival.
DIRECT BOOKING CANCELLATIONS and DATE CHANGES
The following is applicable to guests who have booked direct only via the Down South Holidays website and not via a third-party booking channel.
If you would like to cancel or vary your booking dates, please contact us immediately. A cancellation or amendment will not take effect until we receive confirmation in writing from you.
Bookings cancelled by more than 60 days from arrival date are fully refundable (less any credit card fees plus a $150 cancellation fee).
 For cancellations within 60 days of arrival, money paid will not be refunded unless the property is re-let at the same rate for the entire period originally booked (or part thereof at our discretion).
Furthermore, you are liable to make the full payment (ie. balance owing) if your booking is less than 28 days from arrival date.
In the event of cancellation, and with reasonable notice, Down South Holidays will strive to re-book the property to others. Should a refund
be applicable, it will be made by the payment method used by the guest at time of booking (less any credit card or transaction fees).
A variation of the booking which reduces the number of nights’ stay or rent value will be treated as a cancellation.
A $150 administration fee will be charged for any booking cancellation.
If you fail to turn up to a booking in full or part, you will not be entitled to a refund or postponement of your booking.
