Injidup Sanctuary is a very special Yallingup holiday home tucked away in private bushland close to stunning Injidup Beach. Beautifully appointed, it's set up exceptionally well for families and friends looking for a truly memorable holiday experience.
Set in the middle of a large bush block, surrounded by ancient grasstrees, banksias, sheoak trees and tall native timbers, this home has a secluded and peaceful ambiance that's just right for relaxing after a long day spent at the nearby beaches, out exploring nearby wineries or daytripping to the myriad of restaurants and art galleries in the local area.
If simply curling up with a good book on a winter's day is your thing, you have also found the right place.
Injidup Sanctuary's contemporary and luxurious style carries through into each room. You will enjoy the unique artworks, spacious and comfortable bedrooms, bookshelves full of books, films and music for you to play. There are three TVs: one in the lounge room, one in the master bedroom and one in another queen bedroom.
The big bright windows make the most of the surrounding bushland views.
A trampoline for the kids will keep them entertained, as well as games and toys for the little ones. There is also a highchair and a foldable portacot for guest use at the property.
Your comfort is assured all year round with reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans in the open-plan kitchen and living area as well as in the two main queen bedrooms.
Please note this is an unfenced property and children must be supervised if exploring the bushland.

PRICING: A three-night minimum stay requirement applies for most of the year. Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning and linen fee applies to each booking. There is also a $1,000 refundable security bond and a $66 booking fee.
Credit card payments attract a 1.7% + A$0.30 fee for domestic cards and a 3.5% + A$0.30 fee for international cards. Direct bank transfers welcome.
This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than two cars are allowed at this property. No more than nine people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).

Policies
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the rent total is due no later than 3 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 21 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 1 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of AU$700.00. The damage deposit is payable 21 days prior to arrival.
DIRECT BOOKING CANCELLATIONS and DATE CHANGES
The following is applicable to guests who have booked direct only via the Down South Holidays website and not via a third-party booking channel.
If you would like to cancel or vary your booking dates, please contact us immediately. A cancellation or amendment will not take effect until we receive confirmation in writing from you.
Bookings cancelled by more than 60 days from arrival date are fully refundable (less any credit card fees plus a $150 cancellation fee).
For cancellations within 60 days of arrival, money paid will not be refunded unless the property is re-let at the same rate for the entire period originally booked (or part thereof at our discretion).
Furthermore, you are liable to make the full payment (ie. balance owing) if your booking is less than 28 days from arrival date.
In the event of cancellation, and with reasonable notice, Down South Holidays will strive to re-book the property to others. Should a refund
be applicable, it will be made by the payment method used by the guest at time of booking (less any credit card or transaction fees).
A variation of the booking which reduces the number of nights’ stay or rent value will be treated as a cancellation.
A $150 administration fee will be charged for any booking cancellation.
If you fail to turn up to a booking in full or part, you will not be entitled to a refund or postponement of your booking.
