This fantastic Dunsborough holiday home overlooks beautiful leafy parkland and is directly across the road from the beach! A firm favourite with families, the large duplex property is very spacious and has room for families to spread out and enjoy themselves. It ticks all the boxes because it's walking distance to town and the beach, has reverse cycle air-conditioning, two lounge/TV areas, and the bonus of wi-fi and a spacious master bedroom complete with a pampering ensuite spa bath.
One of the TV's has a basic Foxtel package (does not include Foxtel Sports).
We also love the front deck for enjoying a leisurely breakfast, casual BBQ or sharing evening cocktails while the sun goes down.
Winters are wonderful here too! Forage at the local farmers markets during the day and then come back to cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen. Or maybe cheese and wine in front of the cosy fireplace is more your style.
Little children are not forgotten and can enjoy hours of fun thanks to the toy cupboard's books and games and an enclosed front yard for fun on the lawn.

Walk less than five minutes into Dunsborough's town centre for coffee, shopping and meals.
Hire bikes and boats nearby during the summer season.
Hop in the car to visit nearby wineries, surf beaches, caves, gourmet food producers and art galleries.
So much to see and do at this northern end of the Margaret River Wine Region!
PRICING: A three-night minimum stay requirement applies for most of the year. Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning and linen fee applies to each booking. There is also a $1,000 refundable security bond and a $66 booking fee.
Credit card payments attract a 1.7% + A$0.30 fee for domestic cards and a 3.5% + A$0.30 fee for international cards. Direct bank transfers welcome.
This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than two cars are allowed at this property. No more than eight people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the rent total is due no later than 3 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 21 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 1 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of AU$600.00. The damage deposit is payable 21 days prior to arrival.
DIRECT BOOKING CANCELLATIONS and DATE CHANGES
The following is applicable to guests who have booked direct only via the Down South Holidays website and not via a third-party booking channel.
If you would like to cancel or vary your booking dates, please contact us immediately. A cancellation or amendment will not take effect until we receive confirmation in writing from you.
Bookings cancelled by more than 60 days from arrival date are fully refundable (less any credit card fees plus a $150 cancellation fee).
For cancellations within 60 days of arrival, money paid will not be refunded unless the property is re-let at the same rate for the entire period originally booked (or part thereof at our discretion).
Furthermore, you are liable to make the full payment (ie. balance owing) if your booking is less than 28 days from arrival date.
In the event of cancellation, and with reasonable notice, Down South Holidays will strive to re-book the property to others. Should a refund
be applicable, it will be made by the payment method used by the guest at time of booking (less any credit card or transaction fees).
A variation of the booking which reduces the number of nights’ stay or rent value will be treated as a cancellation.
A $150 administration fee will be charged for any booking cancellation.
If you fail to turn up to a booking in full or part, you will not be entitled to a refund or postponement of your booking.
