Just a short stroll out the back gate to the beach, Clearwater Coastal is just a 10-minute walk to the centre of town and Dunsborough's cafes and boutiques.
The layout of the home is as follows: the main living and kitchen area is located on the ground floor, as well as the master bedroom and ensuite, the twin singles bedroom, a shared bathroom, and a laundry.
Upstairs, a spacious loft bedroom features a queen bed and a single bed, with a spacious relaxation zone and TV.
All bedrooms feature air-conditioning for year-round comfort.
KITCHEN
The beautifully renovated kitchen has an impressive array of crockery, glassware, pots and pans, and servingware.
Of course, there is a dishwasher, Nespresso pod coffee machine, sandwich press, food mixer and microwave oven.

Located in downstairs bathroom. Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Outdoor clothesline.
OUTSIDE
PRICING: A three-night minimum stay requirement applies for most of the year. Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning and linen pack fee applies to each booking.
All payments must be received in Australian Dollars.
We encourage direct bank transfers to our Commonwealth Bank of Australia business account. Cheques are not accepted unless you have the prior written consent of Down South Holidays.
Major credit card payments are accepted via our secure Stripe payment gateway.
This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than two cars are allowed at this property. No more than six people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).

Policies
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the rent total is due no later than 3 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 21 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 1 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of AU$1,000.00. The damage deposit is payable 21 days prior to arrival.
DIRECT BOOKING CANCELLATIONS and DATE CHANGES
The following is applicable to guests who have booked direct only via the Down South Holidays website and not via a third-party booking channel.
If you would like to cancel or vary your booking dates, please contact us immediately. A cancellation or amendment will not take effect until we receive confirmation in writing from you.
Bookings cancelled by more than 60 days from arrival date are fully refundable less a $200 cancellation fee.
For cancellations within 60 days of arrival, money paid will not be refunded unless the property is re-let at the same rate for the entire period originally booked (or part thereof at our discretion).
Furthermore, you are liable to make the full payment (ie. balance owing) if your booking is less than 28 days from arrival date.
In the event of cancellation, and with reasonable notice, Down South Holidays will strive to re-book the property to others. Should a refund
be applicable, it will be made by the payment method used by the guest at time of booking.
A variation of the booking which reduces the number of nights’ stay or rent value will be treated as a cancellation.
A $200 administration fee will be charged for any booking cancellation.
If you fail to turn up to a booking in full or part, you will not be entitled to a refund or postponement of your booking.
