This wonderfully appointed home may soon become your favourite holiday escape in Dunsborough!
Set up for families and groups of friends, this home is the perfect allrounder in terms of location and amenities. Beach lovers will be walking distance to one of Old Dunsborough's most popular beaches, bike riders will enjoy being close to the Meelup mountain bike trails, and wine and food lovers are just a short drive away from a range of exceptional wineries and gourmet food producers.
One dog is welcome as part of the price however you must let us know before arrival as pet-stay terms apply.
Set back in from the road, the house is nestled on a spacious bushland block amongst native grasstrees, tall gums and peppermint trees, giving the whole place a really lovely ambience. It also has lawn out the back (in an enclosed yard), with lots of space for storing your bikes, surfboards and other adventure toys.
Inside, the tastefully decorated home has a great kitchen and modern bathrooms, guest wi-fi, as well as lush carpets and super comfy bedding. You are in for a real treat!
Couples with also enjoy the master bedroom's ensuite bathroom and large walk-in robe. The second shared bathroom features a must-have bath for a nice relaxing soak.

PRICING:
A three-night minimum stay requirement applies for most of the year (peak periods are up to seven nights). Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning and linen pack fee applies to each booking. There is also a $600 refundable security bond.
Credit card payments attract a 1.7% + A$0.30 fee for domestic cards and a 3.5% + A$0.30 fee for international cards. Direct bank transfers welcome.

This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than four cars are allowed at this property. No more than six people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).

Policies

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the rent total is due no later than 3 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 21 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 1 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of AU$600.00. The damage deposit is payable 21 days prior to arrival.
DIRECT BOOKING CANCELLATIONS and DATE CHANGES
The following is applicable to guests who have booked direct only via the Down South Holidays website and not via a third-party booking channel.
If you would like to cancel or vary your booking dates, please contact us immediately. A cancellation or amendment will not take effect until we receive confirmation in writing from you.
Bookings cancelled by more than 60 days from arrival date are fully refundable (less any credit card fees plus a $150 cancellation fee).
 For cancellations within 60 days of arrival, money paid will not be refunded unless the property is re-let at the same rate for the entire period originally booked (or part thereof at our discretion).
Furthermore, you are liable to make the full payment (ie. balance owing) if your booking is less than 28 days from arrival date.
In the event of cancellation, and with reasonable notice, Down South Holidays will strive to re-book the property to others. Should a refund
be applicable, it will be made by the payment method used by the guest at time of booking (less any credit card or transaction fees).
A variation of the booking which reduces the number of nights’ stay or rent value will be treated as a cancellation.
A $150 administration fee will be charged for any booking cancellation.
If you fail to turn up to a booking in full or part, you will not be entitled to a refund or postponement of your booking.
