This stunning, two-storey family home is also super spacious and incredibly comfortable. You will love the generous living spaces that allow families and groups of friends to relax and truly unwind. There are many seating options, inside and out, and entertaining is so easy here with the incredibly well planned kitchen and dining area that flows out onto the patio.

After an active day at the beach or out exploring the region, the master king bedroom will become your heavenly retreat, with its sumptuous bedding, luxurious drapes and lovely soft carpet.

The layout of the home is as follows: the kitchen/living areas, master bedroom, study nook, laundry and powder room are downstairs. The remaining four bedrooms plus a large family bathroom, separate toilet and TV room are upstairs.

KITCHEN
Ample cutlery, crockery, glassware and cookware for all your meals and entertaining needs. There is a large fridge, dishwasher and walk-in pantry.

MAIN LIVING ROOM
Comfortable leather lounges, TV and sound system. There is a separate computer nook close to the laundry with guest wi-fi.

UPSTAIRS TV ROOM
TV and DVD player. Books and games.

BEDROOMS x 5
Bedroom 1: King bed (downstairs). Ensuite bathroom and toilet. Walk-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed (upstairs). Built-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed (upstairs). Built-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 4: Queen bed (upstairs). Built-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 5: Two bunks (upstairs). Room best suited to two children as it is very small and there is no wardrobe or hanging space. Note that the top bunks are not to be used as they are not made up.

BATHROOMS x 2
Bathroom 1: Ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom (downstairs). Shower and double vanity, toilet. Hairdryer.

Bathroom 2: Shared bathroom upstairs. Shower and bath are located in one room that adjoins a separate room with a double vanity. Separate toilet.

Powder room: Downstairs toilet and vanity.

LAUNDRY 
Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board (ironing board kept in kitchen cupboard), plus two highchairs for the little ones. Outdoor clothesline.

OUTDOORS
Gas BBQ, outdoor dining setting, outdoor lounge, enclosed yards (front and back) with lots of lawn and fruit trees. The garage is not for guest use; there is off-street parking on the driveway.

PRICING: A three-night minimum stay requirement applies for most of the year. Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning and linen pack fee applies to each booking. There is also a $1,000 refundable security bond and a $66 booking fee. Credit card payments attract a 1.75% fee.

This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than three cars are allowed at this property. No more than eight people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).

It is a condition of your booking that NO electronic vehicles are to be charged at the property, specifically e-bikes, e-scooters and e-skateboards.
