This stunning Eagle Bay home is the ultimate family holiday destination. Perched on a hillside just a short walk to the beach, this modern architecturally designed residence offers breathtaking ocean views and a superb level of comfort -- all wrapped up in understated luxury.

The upper level deck is a spacious and versatile zone for summer entertaining and relaxing, taking you from breakfast to lunch or after-dinner drinks in effortless style. The nearby open-plan kitchen and living areas share the same sweeping ocean views, meaning this house is incredibly appealing throughout the winter months too.

Busy families will love the sheltered downstairs outdoor lounge area and its adjoining loungeroom. The perfect retreat for kids and teenagers!

The upper level consists of an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area plus two queen bedrooms and a shared bathroom with separate toilet. The spacious master bedroom opens out onto the deck.
The lower level has a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, plus a combined laundry and bathroom. The toilet is separate. There is also a cosy loungeroom and small kitchenette on the ground floor.

Conventional coffee machine (BYO ground coffee), dishwasher, microwave oven, full range of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware. A starter supply of dishwashing and cleaning items.

Wood fire, TV, guest wi-fi, books and portable speaker, eight-seater dining table, study desk, comfortable lounge.

The downstairs lounge room has a small kitchenette with Nespresso coffee pod machine, portable electric heater, books and games. There is no TV downstairs.

PRICING: A three-night minimum stay requirement applies for most of the year. Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning and linen pack fee applies to each booking. There is also a $1,000 refundable security bond and a $66 booking fee. Credit card payments attract a 1.75% fee.

This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than four cars are allowed at this property. No more than eight people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).

Note: This home is kept cool thanks to cross-flow ventilation and ceiling fans. A cosy wood fire in winter and portable electric heaters are the main source of heating. No guest use of the owner's boat and you must not let children play on the boat.

Pet Policy
Cats are not allowed. One small dog (10kg or less) may be permitted (you must seek prior permission) and your dog is not allowed on any furniture and must not be left unattended to bark or disturb the neighbours or you may face immediate eviction. Bring your own pet feeding bowls and sleeping bed. Clean up all dog droppings outdoors on departure or extra cleaning fees will apply if we have to do this. Dogs must be free of fleas and you will be held responsible if they damage furniture.
Living room paper blinds must be kept in UP position out of reach of your dog at all times.
