Ocean Pines has been a favourite holiday home with families for years! This single-level property is superbly equipped, surprisingly spacious, and its location in the heart of popular Quindalup is hard to beat.
This is an stress-free home that's just perfect for summer and winter getaways. Located near the end of a quiet and leafy cul de sac, the beach is just 140 metres away! A fantastic holiday house if you can see yourself walking out the door with your favourite people, a beach towel draped over your shoulder and a big smile on your face.
LAYOUT
The layout of the home is ideal. The master king bedroom sits at the front of the home, separate from the other bedrooms. The remaining three bedrooms and a laundry run along the opposite side of the house.
The kitchen is central to the home and also central to the two separate living and dining areas. These living areas open out to the spacious outdoor entertaining and BBQ area, which includes multiple undercover seating options and views of the pretty garden. A fabulous place to come together for a meal and drinks after a long day at the beach!
Note that the children's bunk bedroom is located directly opposite the main lounge area. This is a great place for little children as the bedroom can double as a playroom - and with the bifold doors open, adults can keep watch on the little ones while enjoying a glass of wine in front of the wood fire.
A handy outdoor shower is great for after the beach!
There is plenty of room to park your boat, jet skis and store your beach toys and bikes (off-street parking and easy access through to the secure backyard).

We loved our stay at Ocean Pines, it is so close to the beach and bike path, the kids had a ball spending hours at the beach. The house was a great size with lots of bedrooms and different living areas so that we could enjoy some “family separation” if we wanted to. The kitchen was well equipped (including dishwasher, coffee machine and toasted sandwich maker which are our priorities for holiday houses). We loved the outdoor BBQ alfresco area. I would highly recommend this holiday house, we will be back!"

PRICING: A three-night minimum stay requirement applies for most of the year. Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning and linen pack fee applies to each booking. There is also an $700 refundable security bond and a $66 booking fee.
Credit card payments attract a 1.7% + A$0.30 fee for domestic cards and a 3.5% + A$0.30 fee for international cards. Direct bank transfers welcome.
This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than three cars are allowed at this property. No more than eight people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).

Policies
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the rent total is due no later than 3 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 21 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 1 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of AU$700.00. The damage deposit is payable 21 days prior to arrival.
DIRECT BOOKING CANCELLATIONS and DATE CHANGES
The following is applicable to guests who have booked direct only via the Down South Holidays website and not via a third-party booking channel.
If you would like to cancel or vary your booking dates, please contact us immediately. A cancellation or amendment will not take effect until we receive confirmation in writing from you.
Bookings cancelled by more than 60 days from arrival date are fully refundable (less any credit card fees plus a $150 cancellation fee).
For cancellations within 60 days of arrival, money paid will not be refunded unless the property is re-let at the same rate for the entire period originally booked (or part thereof at our discretion).
Furthermore, you are liable to make the full payment (ie. balance owing) if your booking is less than 28 days from arrival date.
In the event of cancellation, and with reasonable notice, Down South Holidays will strive to re-book the property to others. Should a refund
be applicable, it will be made by the payment method used by the guest at time of booking (less any credit card or transaction fees).
A variation of the booking which reduces the number of nights’ stay or rent value will be treated as a cancellation.
A $150 administration fee will be charged for any booking cancellation.
If you fail to turn up to a booking in full or part, you will not be entitled to a refund or postponement of your booking.
