The beach and coastal bike path are just 140 metres from the house, making it wonderfully easy to enjoy the best of Quindalup without constantly getting in the car.
Take an early morning walk along the coast, head down for a swim, cycle along the path or simply grab your beach towel and wander down for a few hours by the water.
And when you're ready to come home, the outdoor shower makes rinsing off sandy feet and salty swimmers easy.

The king master bedroom is positioned separately at the front of the house, while the remaining three bedrooms are located along the opposite side of the home.
The children's bunk room is conveniently positioned opposite the main lounge, making it particularly practical for families.
With two living areas, there is no need for everyone to be in the same space all the time — perfect for groups with different ages and holiday routines.

Policies
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the rent total is due no later than 3 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 21 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 1 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of AU$500.00. The damage deposit is payable 21 days prior to arrival.
DIRECT BOOKING CANCELLATIONS and DATE CHANGES
The following is applicable to guests who have booked direct only via the Down South Holidays website and not via a third-party booking channel.
If you would like to cancel or vary your booking dates, please contact us immediately. A cancellation or amendment will not take effect until we receive confirmation in writing from you.
Bookings cancelled by more than 60 days from arrival date are fully refundable less a $200 cancellation fee.
For cancellations within 60 days of arrival, money paid will not be refunded unless the property is re-let at the same rate for the entire period originally booked (or part thereof at our discretion).
Furthermore, you are liable to make the full payment (ie. balance owing) if your booking is less than 28 days from arrival date.
In the event of cancellation, and with reasonable notice, Down South Holidays will strive to re-book the property to others. Should a refund
be applicable, it will be made by the payment method used by the guest at time of booking.
A variation of the booking which reduces the number of nights’ stay or rent value will be treated as a cancellation.
A $200 administration fee will be charged for any booking cancellation.
If you fail to turn up to a booking in full or part, you will not be entitled to a refund or postponement of your booking.
