Designed by Bare Architects, this brand-new property offers extensive views of rolling hills, open skies, tall trees and all the fresh air that comes with an escape to the Australian countryside. Views of the ocean complete this idyllic setting.
Indoors, the home has been soulfully crafted with an abundance of warm timber, exquisite detailing and natural materials everywhere you look. Wildwood Barn is the obvious summer choice if you want to stay near Smiths, Yallingup or Injidup beaches (for surfing or swimming), but winter is magic here also. The outdoor fire pit and cosy indoor fire are best shared in the company of your favourite people.

Wildwood Barn is perfectly placed at the northern end of the Margaret River Wine Region, where you are always just a short drive away from a myriad of wineries, restaurants and art galleries.
Dunsborough is the closest town centre which is brimming with fantastic cafes, supermarkets and boutiques and day-to-day essentials.

This is a fully equipped kitchen with an island bench and all the essentials: large fridge, cookware, crockery, cutlery, coffee machine with separate milk frother, electric cooktop, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and more.

PRICING:
Enter your dates and the number of people in your group to view an online quote and availability. Credit card payments attract a 1.7% + A$0.30 fee for domestic cards and a 3.5% + A$0.30 fee for international cards. Alternatively, direct bank transfers are welcome. A 50% rental deposit is payable to secure the booking with the balance payable three weeks before arrival.
This is a registered holiday home: no more than three cars are allowed at this property. No more than eight people allowed on the premises after 10pm.

Policies
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the rent total is due no later than 3 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 21 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 1 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of AU$1,000.00. The damage deposit is payable 21 days prior to arrival.
DIRECT BOOKING CANCELLATIONS and DATE CHANGES
The following is applicable to guests who have booked direct only via the Down South Holidays website and not via a third-party booking channel.
If you would like to cancel or vary your booking dates, please contact us immediately. A cancellation or amendment will not take effect until we receive confirmation in writing from you.
Bookings cancelled by more than 60 days from arrival date are fully refundable (less any credit card fees plus a $150 cancellation fee).
For cancellations within 60 days of arrival, money paid will not be refunded unless the property is re-let at the same rate for the entire period originally booked (or part thereof at our discretion).
Furthermore, you are liable to make the full payment (ie. balance owing) if your booking is less than 28 days from arrival date.
In the event of cancellation, and with reasonable notice, Down South Holidays will strive to re-book the property to others. Should a refund
be applicable, it will be made by the payment method used by the guest at time of booking (less any credit card or transaction fees).
A variation of the booking which reduces the number of nights’ stay or rent value will be treated as a cancellation.
A $150 administration fee will be charged for any booking cancellation.
If you fail to turn up to a booking in full or part, you will not be entitled to a refund or postponement of your booking.
