This beautiful two-storey home is positioned in the most amazing location: high enough on the hill for sweeping ocean views yet close enough to the beach to walk there in less than five minutes!
** Note that potentially noisy building work has commenced on a house next door (property located below) as at mid-January 2025. This may impact on your stay and therefore a rental discount will be applied to all new bookings. The construction work is out of our control and anyone booking the home must make allowances for this. On request, we are happy to supply you with a street photo showing the latest stage of construction. **
The main living areas are on the top level and face out to the ocean. You will love the covered deck and its outdoor dining area, complete with wood-fired pizza oven.
The layout of the home is great for up to two families. The upstairs level has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge room plus a master king bedroom and twin singles room at the other end of the hallway. These two upstairs bedrooms share a large bathroom (also accessed off the master bedroom).
Downstairs features two more bedrooms, laundry and a second bathroom and toilet.
Please note there is no grassed area or lawn.

PRICING:
Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning and linen pack fee applies to each booking. There is also a $1,000 refundable security bond and a $66 booking fee.
Credit card payments attract a 1.7% + A$0.30 fee for domestic cards and a 3.5% + A$0.30 fee for international cards. Direct bank transfers welcome.

Spend the day at the beach, just 200m away, and enjoy fishing, swimming, snorkelling and long walks.
Head to nearby Meelup Regional Park for bird watching, coastal walks and swimming at beautiful Meelup Beach.
Eat out at Eagle Bay Brewery, Meelup Farmhouse or Wise Winery restaurants.
Go whale spotting from the purpose built whale watching platform at nearby Point Picquet.
Visit nearby wineries, gourmet food producers and art galleries.
So much to see and do at this northern end of the Margaret River Wine Region!
This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than three cars are allowed at this property. No more than nine people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).

Policies

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the rent total is due no later than 3 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 21 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 1 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of AU$1,000.00. The damage deposit is payable 21 days prior to arrival.
DIRECT BOOKING CANCELLATIONS and DATE CHANGES
The following is applicable to guests who have booked direct only via the Down South Holidays website and not via a third-party booking channel.
If you would like to cancel or vary your booking dates, please contact us immediately. A cancellation or amendment will not take effect until we receive confirmation in writing from you.
Bookings cancelled by more than 60 days from arrival date are fully refundable (less any credit card fees plus a $150 cancellation fee).
 For cancellations within 60 days of arrival, money paid will not be refunded unless the property is re-let at the same rate for the entire period originally booked (or part thereof at our discretion).
Furthermore, you are liable to make the full payment (ie. balance owing) if your booking is less than 28 days from arrival date.
In the event of cancellation, and with reasonable notice, Down South Holidays will strive to re-book the property to others. Should a refund
be applicable, it will be made by the payment method used by the guest at time of booking (less any credit card or transaction fees).
A variation of the booking which reduces the number of nights’ stay or rent value will be treated as a cancellation.
A $150 administration fee will be charged for any booking cancellation.
If you fail to turn up to a booking in full or part, you will not be entitled to a refund or postponement of your booking.
