Located within the Bay View Centro apartment complex, this main street accommodation is very convenient as it places you just a short 200m stroll from the beach as well as Dunsborough’s boutiques, restaurants and bars. It’s also a wonderful base for day trips out exploring the Margaret River Wine Region’s myriad of wineries and gourmet attractions, as well as the area’s scenic coastlines and caves.

For those who like to travel in style, you will appreciate the spacious layout as well as the comfortable, high quality furniture and beautiful wooden floorboards, artworks and luxe soft furnishings.

A light-filled lounge area opens out onto the main balcony, which is the perfect place for watching the world go by while enjoying a leisurely breakfast, BBQ meal or a simple cheese platter and a glass of wine. The fully equipped kitchen has almost everything you could need, including a pod coffee machine.

The layout is as follows: the open-plan living area, two balconies, master bedroom and ensuite, plus a powder room are located on the entry level; and the remaining two bedrooms, shared bathroom and a laundry with separate toilet are located upstairs.

Please note that you must climb external stairs to get to the front door entry level.
You must also be aged 25 years or older to stay here.

PARKING and RUBBISH BAYS
Designated off-street car parking bay marked number “6” is on the ground level. Car parking entrance to the Bay View Centro apartment complex is at the Dunn Bay Road roundabout, alongside the Christian Fletcher Gallery. Additional parking for a second car is in the general parking area as well as on the street. The apartment’s outdoor rubbish bins are also located in this ground floor area.

A three-night minimum stay requirement applies for most of the year (peak periods are up to four or seven nights). Please note that a compulsory cleaning fee and linen pack fee apply. There is also a $500 refundable security bond. Credit card payments attract a 1.7% + A$0.30 fee for domestic cards and a 3.5% + A$0.30 fee for international cards. Direct bank transfers welcome.

Policies

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the rent total is due no later than 3 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 21 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 1 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of AU$500.00. The damage deposit is payable 21 days prior to arrival.
DIRECT BOOKING CANCELLATIONS and DATE CHANGES
The following is applicable to guests who have booked direct only via the Down South Holidays website and not via a third-party booking channel.
If you would like to cancel or vary your booking dates, please contact us immediately. A cancellation or amendment will not take effect until we receive confirmation in writing from you.
Bookings cancelled by more than 60 days from arrival date are fully refundable (less any credit card fees plus a $150 cancellation fee).
 For cancellations within 60 days of arrival, money paid will not be refunded unless the property is re-let at the same rate for the entire period originally booked (or part thereof at our discretion).
Furthermore, you are liable to make the full payment (ie. balance owing) if your booking is less than 28 days from arrival date.
In the event of cancellation, and with reasonable notice, Down South Holidays will strive to re-book the property to others. Should a refund
be applicable, it will be made by the payment method used by the guest at time of booking (less any credit card or transaction fees).
A variation of the booking which reduces the number of nights’ stay or rent value will be treated as a cancellation.
A $150 administration fee will be charged for any booking cancellation.
If you fail to turn up to a booking in full or part, you will not be entitled to a refund or postponement of your booking.
