On one of Eagle Bay's most exclusive streets, this beautiful hillside property offers some of the most commanding ocean views you are likely to experience in the area. You can't help but be mesmerised by the dramatic vistas from almost every room. 

The house is incredibly spacious! It boasts two kitchen and dining zones (upstairs and down) so that families and groups of friends can enjoy separate living areas if needed.

The layout of the two-storey property is perfect for entertaining. Upstairs, the main open-plan living and dining rooms are positioned to face the ocean and also soak up the ambience of adjoining native bushland and tall trees. Open the big glass doors to step out onto the entertaining deck where you can welcome the sounds of the sea inside. Or cosy up indoors to watch the winter storms rolling in. This is a home to be enjoyed across all seasons.

In addition to the main living and kitchen zone, there is one king bedroom and a separate bathroom upstairs.

Downstairs offers three guest bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and dining area as well as a gorgeous lounge zone with cosy wood fire and TV. A laundry and two bathrooms are located on this lower level.

The downstairs dining area opens out onto a generous paved and covered entertaining zone and a stretch of manicured grass and gardens. Enjoy the ocean backdrop while you watch the children play on the lawn. This place is just dreamy!

PRICING: 
Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning and linen pack fee applies to each booking. There is also a $500 refundable security bond and a $66 booking fee.
Credit card payments attract a 1.7% + A$0.30 fee for domestic cards and a 3.5% + A$0.30 fee for international cards. Direct bank transfers welcome.

This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than five cars are allowed at this property. No more than six people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).

Whale-watching from the deck.
Spend the day at the beach, just 500m away, and enjoy fishing, swimming, snorkelling and long walks.
The property adjoins Meelup Regional Park where you will find an abundance of bird life and the occasional kangaroo that comes to visit the property. 
Eat out at Eagle Bay Brewery, Meelup Farmhouse or Wise Winery restaurants and gin/wine tasting room.

Policies

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the rent total is due no later than 3 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 21 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 1 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of AU$500.00. The damage deposit is payable 21 days prior to arrival.
DIRECT BOOKING CANCELLATIONS and DATE CHANGES
The following is applicable to guests who have booked direct only via the Down South Holidays website and not via a third-party booking channel.
If you would like to cancel or vary your booking dates, please contact us immediately. A cancellation or amendment will not take effect until we receive confirmation in writing from you.
Bookings cancelled by more than 60 days from arrival date are fully refundable (less any credit card fees plus a $150 cancellation fee).
 For cancellations within 60 days of arrival, money paid will not be refunded unless the property is re-let at the same rate for the entire period originally booked (or part thereof at our discretion).
Furthermore, you are liable to make the full payment (ie. balance owing) if your booking is less than 28 days from arrival date.
In the event of cancellation, and with reasonable notice, Down South Holidays will strive to re-book the property to others. Should a refund
be applicable, it will be made by the payment method used by the guest at time of booking (less any credit card or transaction fees).
A variation of the booking which reduces the number of nights’ stay or rent value will be treated as a cancellation.
A $150 administration fee will be charged for any booking cancellation.
If you fail to turn up to a booking in full or part, you will not be entitled to a refund or postponement of your booking.
