Grasstree Views is a fantastic holiday home offering 180-degree views of native grasstrees, farmland, tall trees and hills. After a day at the nearby beach, sit and watch the kangaroos and rabbits as they come to graze on the lawn below or just relax on the deck, by the fire or curl up with a good book. This house is very comfortable and really well equipped for couples and small families.
A long verandah runs the length of the home and features two separate outdoor seating areas to soak up the views. Large glass doors and windows mean you can also enjoy the best of these views from the living areas and master bedroom.
The modern kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering stay as well as a Nespresso pod coffee machine.
Guest wi-fi internet and Telstra TV are very convenient, although it must be noted that mobile phone reception in certain parts of the property is limited.
The layout of the single-level home is quite practical. The open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area is separated from the bedrooms, bathroom and laundry which run off a hallway. The master bedroom is located at one end of the house and separated from the other bedrooms by a laundry and bathroom, further along the hallway.
There is a wood fire for winter located in the open-plan living area, and also reverse-cycle air-conditioning in this living zone.
Less than 15 minutes' drive south of Dunsborough and Yallingup, Grasstree Views is conveniently located close to Studio Bistro art gallery and restaurant and also close to many of the Margaret River and Yallingup region's  wineries and wedding venues.
The closest beaches are Smiths Beach and Yallingup Beach, both of which are highly recommended for swimming and surfing. There's also Ngilgi Cave to explore as well as the nearby towns of Yallingup, Dunsborough and Margaret River.

PRICING: A three-night minimum stay requirement applies for most of the year.
Please note that a compulsory cleaning fee and linen pack fee apply.  There is also an $800 refundable "deposit"/security bond and a $66 booking fee. Credit card payments attract a 1.75% fee (Visa and Mastercard).

This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than two cars are allowed at this property. No more than six people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).
