Burnvale is a single-level family home brimming with features to appeal to families or groups of friends. Not only is it a short walk to the beach, it's also walking distance into town.

Parents will appreciate the spacious layout and thoughtful features, including a separate TV/games room for the kids and the kayak, totem tennis, guest wi-fi, books and games, highchair and the TV in the outdoor BBQ area. You will also love the beautiful timber flooring and the high ceilings in the living area.

The main open-plan living areas overlook an enclosed backyard and a manicured lawn, meaning it's easy to keep an eye on the little kids at play.

It's easy to get to the beach from here as there is a paved shortcut to take. You can be down at the beach in about five minutes!

Note: The two indoor TVs are Smart TVs for you to access your own streaming subscription service.

The layout of the home is as follows: the master bedroom and singles bedroom are at the front of the house, whereas the remaining two queen bedrooms are at the other end of the house, separated by a shared bathroom and laundry. The living areas are centralised.

PRICING: A three-night minimum stay requirement applies for most of the year. Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning and linen pack fee applies to each booking. There is also a $700 refundable security bond and a $66 booking fee.
Credit card payments attract a 1.7% + A$0.30 fee for domestic cards and a 3.5% + A$0.30 fee for international cards. Direct bank transfers welcome.

This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than two cars are allowed at this property. No more than eight people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).
