Birdsong Sanctuary is a very spacious and well equipped family home just minutes from the beach in Yallingup.
This is THE place to stay if you are planning a family get-together, special getaway or base from which to attend a wedding or explore the nearby coastal towns of Dunsborough and Margaret River.
Less than five minutes' drive from Yallingup Beach, Meelup Regional Park, and Ngilgi Cave, you are also close to the many art galleries, restaurants and wineries that make this northern end of the Margaret River Wine Region so popular.

LAYOUT
The single-level home a fantastic layout.
At the centre of the home is a very spacious and light-filled kitchen, dining and living zone. The dining room opens out onto a fantastic covered BBQ area (facing west) and the lounge room overlooks yet another covered seating area (facing east).
Winters are a wonderful time to stay here, with the wood fire keeping this entire living zone warm and cosy.
The media room plus the master bedroom and ensuite and a bedroom with double bunk (double under/single over) are at one end of the house.
The other wing of the home features the three remaining bedrooms, a separate kids play room (with toys galore), plus a shared bathroom, toilet and laundry.

Note: A dog is welcome here with prior permission. Pet stay terms apply.
There is no free-to-air TV reception. You must bring your own personal devices to connect to the Epson projector.

MEDIA ROOM PROJECTOR
Instead of a TV, the house has an Epson projector that turns the blank white wall in the media room into a giant screen. Connect your phone or other personal device to stream movies and access your own Netflix or subscription service. Better still, make a night of it and screen your home movies and family photos!
This room has a leather modular lounge and an expansive book library.

KITCHEN 

Coffee machine (BYO favourite coffee beans), large fridge, dishwasher, ample cookware, serving platters, huge pantry, microwave oven, crockery and cutlery.

LIVING AND DINING
Open-plan dining and lounge area. Air-conditioned, slow combustion wood fire, plus portable speaker.

CHILDRENS PLAY ROOM
Dedicated playroom filled with children's toys and games for the little ones.

Bedroom 1: King bed. Ensuite bathroom. Walk-in robe. Pedestal fan and column heater.


Bedroom 2: Double bunk bed (double under, single over). No clothes storage in this room. Top bunk not made up unless requested.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed. Built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 5: Two bunk beds. Built-in wardrobe. Pedestal fan. Top bunks not made up unless requested.

Bathroom 1: Ensuite bathroom. Shower, large bath tub, vanity, toilet, hairdryer. 

Bathroom 2: Shared bathroom. Shower, bathtub, vanity. Separate toilet.

Multiple outdoor tables and chairs on the western and eastern sides - perfect for morning coffees and afternoon drinks as you follow the sunshine.
Outdoor clothesline. Gas Weber BBQ.

PRICING:
Enter your dates and the number of people in your group to view an online quote and availability. Credit card payments attract a 1.7% + A$0.30 fee for domestic cards and a 3.5% + A$0.30 fee for international cards. Alternatively, direct bank transfers are welcome. A 50% rental deposit is payable to secure the booking with the balance payable three weeks before arrival.

This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies: no more than three cars are allowed at this property. No more than 10 people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home). A dog is allowed but must not be left unattended at the house for any reason.
