You will fall in love with gorgeous Little Peppi Cottage! Its relaxed, beachy style and luxurious touches and beautiful artworks make it the ultimate choice for a romantic getaway or special weekend with friends in Dunsborough.
The little cottage is less than 500m from the beach and set in the middle of a large tree-lined block, complete with pretty garden and numerous outdoor seating areas. Small families will enjoy the lovely manicured gardens and lawns and the fact it's located just two streets back from Dunsborough's main beach and popular Centennial Park beachfront playground.
Leave the car at home and walk to the beach or into town, just five minutes away, or bring your bikes and cycle leisurely along the coastal path to explore the sandy coves and picnic areas along the Dunsborough foreshore. What a fantastic location!
The modern kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering stay as well as a dishwasher, Nespresso pod coffee machine, coffee plunger, teapot, lovely serving platters plus a full sized fridge. The beachy backyard alfresco and BBQ areas are just perfect for a fully cooked breakfast or dinner overlooking the garden.
Your comfort is assured all year round with reverse cycle air-conditioning in the open-plan living area. The wood fire can be used anytime however you will need to purchase your own wood from the nearby service station.
Please note that although there is guest wi-fi, the TV is not set up as a Smart TV.

This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than two cars are allowed at this property. No more than four people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).
A dog is permitted but local holiday laws stipulate it must not be left unattended at the property under any circumstances.
